A new application for AGRIMAC rough-terrain forklifts
Working on oyster farms places particularly demanding requirements on machinery. Uneven, wet and muddy ground, frequent movement and the need to transport materials and loads call for machines that offer traction, stability and off-road performance.

This new chapter is being developed with B2M (Breizh Meca Mat), our new distributor in France, based in Morbihan (56), an area with significant shellfish farming activity.
As part of its strategy to introduce AGRIMAC to professionals in the sector, B2M will hold an Open Day on Friday, 25 September. The event is designed to showcase its machinery fleet and demonstrate what AGRIMAC solutions can offer on demanding terrain.
Visitors will be able to see several models up close, including the AGRIMAC TW25KX and TW17, and discover how our rough-terrain forklifts can meet the specific needs of oyster farming.
The Open Day gives professionals an opportunity to see AGRIMAC machines in a working context, explore their capabilities, speak directly with B2M and learn about the solutions available for their operations.
TW25KX: a rough-terrain forklift particularly well suited to shellfish farming
Within the AGRIMAC range, the TW25KX is one of the models with the greatest potential in this new sector.
Its configuration is designed for conditions in which a conventional forklift may struggle. Its 4×4 rough-terrain capability helps it tackle uneven surfaces and demanding ground, while its high ground clearance makes it easier to move through areas with obstacles and changes in level.
Its 15.3-inch wheels also improve off-road performance and help it handle different types of terrain.
Another notable feature of the TW25KX is its 25 CV Kubota V1505 engine, which delivers strong performance without a DPF (diesel particulate filter) while meeting European Stage V emissions standards. This simplifies certain aspects of machine maintenance and use.
These characteristics make the AGRIMAC TW25KX an attractive option for shellfish farming, where work requires robust, versatile equipment capable of operating beyond paved surfaces.

AGRIMAC and B2M will attend the Rencontres de la Conchyliculture on 6 and 7 October at Parc des Expositions Chorus, 8 Rue Daniel Gilard, 56000 Vannes, France. They will present our rough-terrain machinery solutions to oyster and shellfish farming professionals.
The TW25KX will again take centre stage. It demonstrates the benefits a rough-terrain forklift can bring to this type of work: 4×4 drive, high ground clearance, 15.3-inch wheels, wheel motors and DPF-free operation.
Participating in the fair is another step towards bringing AGRIMAC rough-terrain forklifts to new professional sectors and showing that load-handling and mobility needs do not end at the road or the conventional industrial yard.
