DH-200 hydrostatic dumper

The DH-200 dumper carries up to two tonnes of weight in 1.2 cubic metres of space. This is a machine with hydrostatic transmission and four-wheel drive moved by a low-consumption 33.2 horsepower Perkins engine.
There are two versions of this model: one, the DH-200 PH, with its own loader, and the other, the DH-200 H, without one. In both cases, they are manufactured with strength and resilience in mind. This refers not only to weather conditions, but also to the demanding nature of the tasks it performs. It is a very robust machine.
The same applies to its parts. All of these are manufactured in Europe and meet the market’s most demanding quality standards. This is reflected in the working life of the dumper, which is longer than that of other makes and, also in its low maintenance costs. This is due not only to the easy replacement of consumables, but also its fuel consumption: Very low in the case of this dumper.
The DH-200 dumper is fitted with 10.0/75-15.3 wheels on the front and 8.0/75-15.3 on the rear axle. This, combined with its four-by-four drive and hydrostatic rear-axle steering, makes it a comfortable machine to work with and enables it to negotiate complicated ground conditions with ease.
The standard equipment is extensive and includes: A two-speed hydrostatic transmission system: low-gear up to 9Km/h and high gear up to 20 km/h; Hydraulically assisted steering; Ergonomic driver’s seat with safety belt; Oscillating rear axle; Cab with FOPS and ROPS protection, mounted on anti-vibration brackets that facilitate maintenance tasks on the engine or, on the optional version, a removable roll bar system.
It is fitted with a rotating spotlight, key lock fuel tank cap, acoustic reverse warning system, rear view mirror and safe starter system. The control panel includes a rev counter, horometer, engine temperature gauge, fuel gauge, battery charge gauge and hydraulic filter saturation sensor.
The DH-200 dumper is also fitted with a tow bar, lights for travelling at night and hydraulically-driven oil bath disc brakes. Then there is our a4track system, which is an “on-fly” connection that enables the 4×4 drive to be engaged whilst on the move.
