Agrimac’s Quality Policy, based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of product quality, service, and price.

We believe that by working in this direction and meeting the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties—always within the framework of our business objectives—we can ensure the company’s present and future development and achieve its growth and profitability goals.

To implement this Policy, the General Management of AGRIA HISPANIA S.L. assumes the following commitments:

  • To comply with all customer requirements, both specified and unspecified but necessary for the intended or expected use, as well as with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the product.
  • To maintain and continuously improve a process-based Quality Management System, analyzing its performance through indicators.
  • To apply the philosophy of continuous improvement with the aim of minimizing defects in our processes.
  • To maintain open and effective communication with all relevant interested parties within the system, based on transparency and honesty, with the objective of fostering satisfaction and mutual benefit.
  • To trust each and every person within the company, with all of us being aware of the responsibility associated with everything we do.

This Quality Policy is available to all relevant interested parties within the system.
